We are able to keep our prices low by only purchasing the basics which are needed to run and maintain our network. We do NOT have a OC-48 backbone to the Internet, instead we have a fast, and affordable line equivalent to a DS3 connection from multiple providers using BGP.

If your not sure, then you probably don’t need it. We specialize in providing a home for companies who are just starting up, and small to medium sized businesses. We work with businesses and individuals from dedicated servers for websites to game servers. Most companies are known for overselling their bandwidth, we provide you with only what you need. We’ll watch your bandwidth and suggest upgrading if needed and we’re more than happy to customize a package to fit your needs.

For the most part no, we provide nearly the same services as everyone else including power backup, and data backup. We still focus with one-on-one customer service and support. When you call you’ll be talking to a real person. We have support staff waiting to speak to you.

Our co-location plan is where you will provide us with a server. If you do not have a server, then perhaps our dedicated server plan is best for you. Our dedicated server plan is the same as the co-location plan except it comes with a server! If you decide to pickup a server yourself, we strongly suggest Dell PowerEdge Servers.

We use a utility rack which provides complete open air flow for PCs at one location. At the other location we have rackmount lockable lockers.

Yes, our facility is located in the network operations center of a secure building. We don’t have eye scanners, but we do have locks and many other security features. At one location we have 24/7 monitoring of the security cameras. We are only a few blocks away from the local police station, a few blocks away from the main station for our local PUD and in a general spot of town. Upon request pager numbers and cell phone numbers will be provided to customers who need immediate attention from our technicians and after hour emergency extensions are available when calling into our toll-free number.
